We carefully select our supply partners, ensuring that those who utilise timber do so by harvesting from certified and ethically managed forests whilst holding the utmost respect for biodiversity and ecosystem health. As such, at least 80% of our wood based products are FSC® or PEFC™ certified, and all are EUTR compliant.
In addition to responsible sourcing, we embrace optimising resource usage; minimising waste; and reducing energy consumption. Highly efficient route planning of our vehicles keeps our carbon emissions as low as possible, and we bale and recycle cardboard, plastic and timber.
Our non-timber based products (such as LVT) offer incredibly hardwearing and low maintenance solutions, providing a significant usage lifespan. Designed to last, these floors require no repair or upkeep that involves oils, chemicals, sanding or other product usage with potential chemical emissions. To ensure healthier living spaces we opt for products that are phthalate free, enabling our customers to fulfil the requirements of green building certifications such as BREEAM, WELL and LEED.
